MAAP has created an online questionnaire to evaluate the Media Bank service. It is designed for people who have used the Media Bank service.
We fight hard to keep our assistance going to artists and organisations and logo recognition and subsequent brief survey and exhibition documentation is the best evidence to take back to our funding bodies to keep this service going!
By completing this questionnaire you will fulfill your loan agreement, and will be once again eligible to use the MAAP Media Bank service, free-of-charge. If you have borrowed equipment from the MAAP Media Bank, we’d like to know how it has helped you, and of course, we’d like to hear as many nice things about us as you can bear! The questionnaire is only 11 questions long and very quick and simple to fill out – don’t be afraid!
